Not sure if this is a glitch or on purpose, but my new Sandbox doesn’t include Entitlements, which I was most interested in. The new UI is not yet available as well. Still waiting for Content to be enabled too. Quotes is nice, but there are no instructions on how to modify the PDF, which is a deal-breaker. Overall though, I think this will be one of the better releases for my org in a while.

My understanding of Quotes is that it is not at all customizable yet. You can recreate the pdf functionality yourself with VisualForce though and then customize it as much as you want. The UI and Content is not actually part of the Spring ’10 release, but was slated as coming sometime in the first half of the year.
