If you can’t wait until December for Dreamforce ’10 then you may want to check out Cloudforce 2010 on September 8th. The event is being held in London but the keynote will be streamed online. Since we’re so close to Dreamforce, it’s likely to have a lot of the same content and themes. VMForce and Chatter are definitely going to be a topic of discussion, but big things are promised to be announced later this year.

The event is being marketed to customers and developers but with a mix of non-technical and semi-technical breakouts. The agenda has an emphasis on Chatter but there are some other interesting topics as well.

If you visit salesforce.com/events you may be disappointed by the lack of events going on in North America right now. It’s not even a search option! Fortunately, salesforce.com/community has its own events page which does have a list of web-based events that do occur during North American business hours. One of which is coming up next week and sounds perfect for beginner to intermediate admins struggling with data issues. The webinar is being given by two salesforce.com employees and doesn’t mention any partners, so it should be a little less biased than a Dreamforce session.

LA Salesforce User Group Meeting 1/20/10
