Web-to-Case Asst 2.0 for AppExchange has been rebuilt from the ground up for improved performance and better matching. MK Partners has leveraged the force.com’s Apex programming language to deliver a support automation tool that no customer of salesforce.com can do without. Web-to-Case Asst enhances existing Web-to-Case functionality to automatically complete the steps required to respond to incoming cases.
Designed from the input of call centers using salefsorce.com, Web-to-Case Asst provides four powerful functions for Support Automation:
1) Contact Matching – Match new cases to existing contacts based on the criteria of your choice.
2) Contact Creation – Automatically create new contacts when no matches are found.
3) Contact Relating – Automatically relate cases to new or matched contacts.
4) Contact Updating – Automatically update existing contacts without an email address.
The end result of improved support automation reduces the steps it takes to respond to your customers yielding lower response times and better adoption among your users. An added benefit of this automation is to prevent the creation of duplicate records, thus preserving your data quality.
