New Year but not new me. I’m back from the holiday break and am avidly searching for the best of the best Salesforce events in and out of the ecosystem. I think we are all still adjusting for the holiday slumber, so this week I won’t overwhelm you. So sit back, open up your calendars, and let’s get planning!

Almost 50% of Americans make a New Year’s resolution, and one of the many common resolutions is focusing on one’s mental and emotional health. Colleges are well aware of this and they want to help their students in these areas! In Sealing the Cracks: Connecting with Students for Wellbeing and Success Wonkhe will be joining Salesforce to discuss creating an “inclusive and communicative environment with technology to support students wellbeing and success.” This webinar on Tuesday, January 11 will be a panel discussion and will start at 1:00pm (BST).

Our next 2 events are on Wednesday, January 12 and are also both Trailhead Live events! First, Build Your Personal Portfolio on Salesforce will start at 10am (PST) and will teach viewers how to create a personal online portfolio. The speaker will teach you the different ways to do this and best practices for sharing it publicly. Regardless if you are new or old to the ecosystem, this hour long session is a great opportunity to learn how to market y-o-u!

Then at 8pm (PST) Salesforce Fundamentals Lite is here for the newbies to the ecosystem. I don’t know about y’all, but MK Partners has a bunch of new employees starting this New Year and you know I’ll be sending them all to this event! Not only is this webinar great for new employees, but it’s also great for those who want to get into the ecosystem to see what jobs are available and how to build your career journey. This is also an hour-long session.

Wrapping up the week on Thursday, January 13 at 11am (PST) Salesforce is hosting How to Go from Customer Feedback to Actionable Insights. This event is great for those who have a ton of customer data, but don’t know what to do with it or improve it. The speaker will be teaching viewers how to evolve the customer experience data into actionable insights, that will then increase customer satisfaction and engagement! This is an interactive webinar and they are asking that you bring all of your questions for them to answer!

Recap

I don’t plan on telling you about my holiday break, so there is nothing to recap. Tweet us @mkpartners if you think there are any events worth mentioning and, as always, we will see you in the cloud
